Return Policy

At Buffalo National Outfitters, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right. But as a small business, we’re not able to offer free returns like Amazon or the big box stores.

Here's how returns work:

  1. Repack the Item
    Please rebox or repackage your item securely to prevent damage during the return trip.

  2. Ship the Item Back
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance if the item is over $75.

  3. Email Us Your Tracking Number
    Once you've shipped the return, send your tracking confirmation number and order number to buffalonational@gmail.com so we can keep an eye out.

  4. Receive Your Refund
    Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in original, unused condition, we’ll issue your refund (minus original shipping charges) back to your original payment method.


Important Notes:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for a refund.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.
